Vegetables

Spring provides wild vegetables with a splendid arena. No-
body can resist the charm of green and fresh vegetables. After
Rain Water Day, markets in "Jiangnan", or the area south
of the downstream Yangtze River, will welcome the coming
season of a variety of wild vegetables including shepherd's
purses, toons, Chinese chives and Kalimeris Indica.
