                                            Selecting food on seasons is an attitude of  openness to life, which shows the respect
                                            for nature. Jiangsu Province is a land producing various aquatic and fresh food. In
                                            the spring, people on this land may enjoy delicious fish, shrimps and clams, as well
                                            as vegetables from different regions. Seasonal vegetables wake up from mountains
                                            and farmland, and sprout to embrace the essence of  the sunshine and moonlight,
                                            absorbing the nutrition from the surroundings, which are the best gifts from the
                                            mother nature.
